Besides sharing a dedication to the safety of children, each certified ISR Instructor, completes a rigorous, 8-week in-water and academic training course that includes education in subjects such as child psychology, physiology and behavioral science. In addition, all Instructors participate in annual recertification to maintain the highest level of safety and caliber of instruction. Each ISR Instructor must adhere to same high standards of professionalism, safety and knowledge.
